Hey guys and gals,
Doesn't everybody hate being depressed? I know
I do, and it stinks! If you're depressed, there is probably a reason. Whether you're worrying about turning in all your assignments or not
getting something you worked hard for, and also the ever so common getting your feelings hurt by somebody else, life can throw these things at you and it seems like the world has stopped. Life does throw these things at us, and it is going to mess you up for a little while. Just make sure that it doesn't mess you up TOO good. I can bet alot of money that everybody has been hit hard and has been really depressed, but its what you do about it that counts. Whenever I used to be depressed, I used to act like nothing was going on with me and I was super duper, but everytime I made it seem like nothing was wrong it just made it worse. So if you're sad, be sad and don't hide it. After sometime thinking about why I was depressed and being sad, I realized that even though I was sad about it, its time to move on. It is good to show that you're depressed, because then people around you notice it and they wonder whats going on with you. You realize that even at times when you think nobody could give a flip about you, people do care about you and you welfare. Your friends, relatives, and even some small barn yard animals care about your emotional health and they do care that something is wrong. So when you're depressed, show it, talk about it, think about it, then get over it. I know nobody likes being depressed, but sometimes you have to be. It stinks I know, and its the worst feeling in the world besides waking up and falling out of your window. But feeling bad just makes feeling good all the better. So when life throws those nasty curve balls along your way, don't let it keep you down! Remember the good times, remember the embarassing times, remember all the things you've accomplished! Thank you all, and you have a good week=)
